PNW Climate Tech Week: Climate Tech Challenge - Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for choosing to support our upcoming event PNW Climate Week: Climate Tech Challenge. This 5 day long event will mesh into the existing schedule for Bloomberg's Green Festival Seattle 2024 as an event focused on taking immediate climate action and encouraging entrepreneurs to take that leap. We have partnered with PNW Climate Week to help facilitate a larger audience for this first of its kind event. We have produced dozens of successful events over the last year and we're excited to finally showcase this new event format.

The Climate Tech Challenge is designed as a one week accelerator and incubator program where teams get to bring an existing idea or form on day one, July 7th, and go through a rigorous workshop and mentor schedule. We hope to have up to 100 competitors and 20 or so teams. We will dwindle the teams down to the final 5, these 5 finalist projects they will pitch to a team of VC’s at Demo Day on July 12th.

We believe with the right support, entrepreneurs will feel empowered to partake in this competition to produce real world results. Even if a company doesn’t get funded or no companies are formed, we can still say that we gave these individuals better tools, skills, experience, a network, a community, and an idea of what it takes to create a business model that could impact climate change. 

We are trying to plant seeds for tomorrow, we want to give people tangible skills that are not offered in workshops or town halls. We want to arm entrepreneurs with tangible skills, knowledge and a community with which to take real measurable action.
